Applicability to All Types of Assets
It is not at all uncommon for non-real estate or personal property assets to be exchanged using a form of reverse exchange. While the complexity of the exchange can increase when different methods of acquisition, disposition, transfer of title, etc. must be employed, the basic forms of reverse exchange are still applicable and are in wide use.
