RFS personally discusses the lending options with each client, and then acts as a facilitator to each financing transaction to help and assist the client arrange the funding of their property purchase. RFS also facilitates equity investor funding for non-safe harbor exchanges that are designed and managed by Exchange Strategies Corporation.
