The fact that one of our Exchangors is engaged in a reverse exchange and the data provided to us in that regard are never shared with anybody outside of ExStra unless we are required to do so by law. We never cross-sell or up-sell because all we do is reverse exchanges.

Information collected in the course of performing a reverse exchange is kept in complete security on our server and cannot be found on the workstation or laptop of any ExStra exchange officer or employee. We therefore explicitly comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act regarding the security of sensitive data.
