ExStra enjoys a growing network of relationships with QIs around the US. These relationships, with their varying degrees of formality, are based on the idea that ExStra will provide some or all of the reverse exchange accommodation services for their clients. In order for these relationships to work, we at ExStra have to maintain very high standards of performance and responsiveness. Hence, we have the formal statements embodied in our Standard of Care and Service Level Commitment that provide the underlying basis for a partner to make a referral of a client to ExStra. Generally, our QI partners have the same type of commitments to quality and responsiveness when it comes to performing delayed exchanges for our joint clients. We frequently send prospective clients to a QI in our network when it is clear that a delayed exchange is part of their optimal exchange strategy.
Currently, ExStra has approximately 50 relationships involving the referral of reverse exchange accommodation services. That number is always increasing. The QIs included in this growing network are bank-owned, independent and subsidiaries of title/escrow operations. They all have different areas of focus and different geographical footprints.
Our QI partners also have a mix of inclinations when it comes to having their information published on our website.
